Our Investment Philosophy
Our investment is to provide significant and consistent returns on a project basis with easy-to-understand legal investment agreements and protections for our investors.

How Does This Work?
Our partners will have an opportunity to invest in each project as they develop. Projects generally last for a period of four to five months starting with the day we acquire a property and ending on the day the property is sold.
Investors will earn interest on their principal investment at a rate of 24% annualized. Interest will be paid at a daily rate while the project is active.

How Are Investments Protected and Secure?
Each investor will receive a promissory note stating the physical address of the property and the investment terms for that project.

Each investor will receive a copy of a lien/mortgage filed with the state and county where the project takes place in the amount of the initial investment plus the investment interest.

At closing when the project is sold the investor will receive payment from the title company prior to any funds being disbursed to our company. Simply put our investors are paid before we are!

What Other Protections Are There?
Each property has home insurance protecting against fire, storm, vandalism or other damages or injuries while the project takes place

As the investor you will receive a hold harmless agreement.

Our business is protected by general liability insurance.
​
We are licensed building contractors and use licensed sub-contractors

What Do We Request?
Investment Funds
We request a minimum investment of $10,000 USD on a per project basis.
